Metro Track is a free app for live Tyne and Wear Metro times. It doesn't collect any personal data.
There are no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking. Metro Track doesn't collect, store or share any information about you.
If you allow it, Metro Track uses your location to find your nearest station and, while you follow a train, to keep its Lock Screen countdown up to date. Your location is only used on your phone. It is never sent anywhere or stored.
To show train times, the app downloads them for the stations you're looking at. These requests don't include anything about you.
Saved journeys and recent stations are stored on your phone, where the app's widgets can read them. Deleting the app removes them.
